Rare and unusual bikes here in the Philippines

I saw this one advertised today. 70,000 pesos(1400usd) All second hand big bikes here are expensive. The Suzuki GSX250F Crosswind is a 250 in-line 4 producing 45hp. Good for 110+MPH. This is from 1990. Seems in great condition.
